Isaac Raphela: Director
Our director has been an attorney since 1997 having previously worked for several corporate entities and commercial law firms.

He has in many ways been involved in the upliftment and training of various groups, inter alia as a Lecturer at the University of the North in the Department of Mercantile [Commercial] Law for many years. He has also given training to personnel of the Road Accident Fund and other corporate clients in regard to legal matters. He is a very committed legal practitioner. His academic qualifications are proof of his intentions to be a well qualified attorney.
Mr Raphela intends pursuing further studies in the field of corporate law, probably a DOCTORATE.
Violet Malete (Makhwiting) – Professional Assistant
Mrs. Makhwithing obtained her LLB degree in 1998 at University of the Limpopo (Former Turf Loop).
Mrs. Makhwithing obtained her B. Proc degree in 1997 at University of Limpopo.
She is a qualified attorney.
Her area of expertise including litigation, drafting of documents, drafting of contracts, Drafting of legal opinion etc.
Post admission experience of over seven (7) years.
Sam Makgamatha – Legal Consultant
Mr. Makgamatha obtained a B. Proc degree in 2001 at Wits University.
He attend to general litigation, draft agreements.
Prepare and attend council briefs.
Gives general legal advise.
Molepe Mathaila – Conveyancer
Mr. Mathaila is qualified in all spheres of conveyancing of immovable property inter alia.
Registrations of property transfers, bonds, cancellations, foreclosures, developments, consolidations, sub-divisions, opening and registration of sectional title registers etc.
Mokaba Khubuzi – Office Manager
Mr. Khubuzi is qualified in engineering, and went on to excel in the area of management.
He is responsible for the day to day running of the firm.
He also manages various property portfolios owned by Raphela Incorporated in Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West and Gauteng. He also sits on the Raphela Investment Committee/Board.
Jackson Makgamatha - Senior Paralegal/ Legal Consultant
Mr. Makgamatha is inter alia responsible for research, drafting and compiling agreements.
He has vast experience in debt collection, civil litigation.
Mamsy Motloba – Admin Assistant
Ms. Motloba obtained a secretarial office administration diploma.
She also assists with various administrative duties, secretarial work and screening of calls.
Brian Mabaso – Admin Assistant
Mr. Mabaso performs general administrative duties.
Capture all leave schedules on system.
Database updates.
Transcribes and types legal pleadings.
Motsamai Johnny Modipa (Legal Consultant)
A product of the UFS Law Faculty where he excelled beyond the shores of South Africa, the highly-rated Johnny Modipa is arguably one of the brightest prospects of the legal profession. He is an academic at heart and harbours the ambitions of pursuing his studies abroad in the near future.
His advantage is his familiarity with the different branches of the law, and his immense experience incorporates specialized research, Civil Litigation and various forms of legal writing.
He also attends to diverse legal responsibilities, including consultations, legal opinions, briefing advocates and general legal advise.
